Our Inspiration

Culture Crafte will forever be inspired by Kuan Brown.

His genuine, gentle care for others, his sensitivity in forming relationships, and his unwavering integrity and vulnerability, deepened his connections. He brought meaning and much happiness to those around him.

Our Approach

We combine the Art of Leadership, the Craft of Cultural Evolution, and the Science of Human Behaviour, to enact a new model of organising and being together. We bring together awareness (cognition), relationships (cooperation & collaboration), and values & beliefs (culture) into a flexible framework, in a way that promotes social cohesion. This combination allows us to develop a more holistic approach to overcoming obstacles the employees, the organisation and its leaders may face.
